BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCTS BACK TO US PLEASE READ OUR POLICY

  • Please contact us within 3 working days of signing for the goods, this will ensure we can support and resolve your issue.
  • We do not choose to charge a handling fee on returned product, but we will pass on any confirmed by our supplier at the same percentage.
  • Products must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them in, this includes all packaging.
  • The policy of the manufacturer or supplier will ultimately dictate the resolution, unless we supplied the goods from our stock.
  • To return any goods you first need to contact us for a returns number. Our team will not accept goods back unless this is quoted.
  • PLEASE EMAIL operations@engsup.co.uk WITH THE DETAILS AND WE WILL FORWARD YOU A RETURNS NUMBER AND CONFIRM ANY COSTS.
